if YES, then you might like to join our virtual Patient Group, where you will be kept informed regularly by emails with information about CMC staff and service development, and the minuted steering committee discussions.

Along side this we will let you know of relevant National NHS initiatives

The Practice is looking for people from all ages and backgrounds who are enthusiastic about influencing and improving the way that local healthcare is delivered. You can let us know about your experiences, views and ideas for improving Practice services.
